You can order online through this web site or you can call in to place your order.

BUYING CERTIFICATES:
Visit bites.charlotteats.com and click the "I Want Certificates!" button to start your purchase.

MAILING PROCEDURE:
Orders placed on Friday will be mailed out via certified mail early the following week. Certified mail requires a signature for delivery. There is a $3 shipping fee per package (which can contain multiple certificates).

GIFT CERTIFICATE RESTRICTIONS:
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. In rare cases, restaurants will provide a revised gift certificate for the balance, ask your server about the restaurant's restrictions. Gratuity is never included in the gift certificate, and please tip on the total bill before any gift certificate deductions. Some gift certificates have custom restrictions, such as certain evenings you can redeem them, or if they are limited to food only. You can read the restrictions for featured restaurants on the CL Bites web page each Friday after 2pm.

IF MAKING RESERVATIONS:
To assure availability of a seat at the restaurant, you can make reservations ahead of time, but you don't need to let them know you intend to use the gift certificate.
